Abstract
The teaching-centered construction of the traditional teaching resource libraries makes students unable to customize resources for autonomous learning, and meanwhile gives rise to problems such as shortage of resources, slow updating and lack of resource evaluation mechanism. This paper presents a learner-centered college teaching resource libraries based on Web 2.0 technology, which takes learners into the production, maintenance and management of resources to achieve the aggregation and push of customized resources, so that it can better solve the problems faced by the traditional teaching resource libraries.
