Abstract
Capillairmicroscopie van de nagelplooi is een niet-invasieve techniek om een indruk te krijgen van de kleinste bloedvaten (capillairen) in de huid met behulp van een optisch vergrotingsinstrument. De klinische toepassing is er vooral in gelegen dat bij bind- weefselsysteemziekten kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve veranderingen in het capillaire vaatbed optreden.
