Abstract
This chapter provides an overview of imaging modalities currently employed in assessing colorectal cancer (CRC) recurrence in the pelvis. Special emphasis is given to the role of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and its significance in planning an effective therapeutic strategy in the individual patient.
