Zusammenfassung

Die Umsetzung von Interventionsmaßnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung von Pflegekräften und Bewohnenden ist in Anbetracht der demografischen und gesellschaftspolitischen Entwicklung von besonderer Relevanz. Im Pflegealltag entstehen jedoch oft Umsetzungshürden, die häufig strukturell bedingt sind, beispielsweise durch einen starken Personalwechsel. Damit effektive Bewegungs- und Trainingsprogramme, Interventionen zum Stressmanagement, Multikomponentenprogramme und Interventionen zur Arbeitsorganisation im Setting Pflege erfolgreich implementiert werden können, zeigt dieses Kapitel Lösungsansätze aus den bisherigen Projekterfahrungen auf. Ziel ist es, Handlungshilfen für eine effektive und nachhaltige Präventionsarbeit zu geben.
