Zusammenfassung
Um einen signifikanten Wertschöpfungsbeitrag im Unternehmen leisten zu können, muss sich die HR-Arbeit noch erfolgreicher strategisch verankern, Hierfür werden zwei Ansätze des strategischen Managements vorgestellt und aufgezeigt, wie die HR-Strategie als integrativer Teil der Unternehmensstrategie erarbeitet werden kann. Mittels strategischer Workforce-Planung kann sichergestellt werden, dass eine ausreichende Zahl an Mitarbeitenden mit den erforderlichen Fähigkeiten zu einer bestimmten Zeit am richtigen Ort vorhanden ist und sich die Fähigkeiten einer Organisation langfristig profitabel weiterentwickeln. Dabei gilt es, mithilfe von sechs konkreten Schritten sich Wissen und ein Verständnis über die aktuelle Mitarbeiterbasis und den gewünschten Zielzustand aufzubauen. Da das Thema Nachhaltigkeit in den vergangenen Jahren in unserer Gesellschaft immer mehr an Bedeutung gewonnen hat, werden die Strategietrends Sustainable & Green HRM detailliert vorgestellt.
