Eine 18-jährige Patientin sucht wegen der Wahrnehmung eines zentralen Gesichtsfeldausfalls, der von Lichtblitzen begleitet wird, den Augenarzt auf. Die Eigenanamnese ist unauffällig, sie gibt lediglich an, im vergangenen Monat eine virale Gastroenteritis durchgemacht zu haben.
