Differenzialdiagnose der Opticusatrophie mit vergrößerter Papillenexkavation

Zusammenfassung

Eine vergrößerte Papillenexkavation kann entweder sichtbares Zeichen eine angeborenen, nicht pathologischen Papillenanomalie, eines Glaukoms oder aber einer nicht-glaukomatösen Opticusatrophie sein (Tab. 21.1). Unter den nicht-glaukomatös exkavierten Opticusatrophien sind die autosomal dominante Opticusatrophie (Kjer) und die Leber’sche Opticusatrophie am häufigsten. Die Unterscheidung zwischen einer glaukomatösen und einer nicht-glaukomatösen Opticusatrophie ist manchmal schwierig, da in beiden Krankheitsgruppen der klinische Aspekt des Sehnervens und die Gesichtsfeldausfälle einander ähneln.
