Zusammenfassung
Die Dialektisch-Behaviorale Therapie (DBT) wurde für PatientInnen mit komplexer Posttraumatischer Belastungsstörung (k-PTBS) entwickelt und wird seit März 2020 im dazu konzipierten Kompetenzbereich mit 10 Betten im Universitätsklinikum Eggenburg in der Behandlung von k-PTBS-PatientInnen eingesetzt. Die DBT für k-PTBS PatientInnen basiert auf dem Manual von Marsha Linehan für chronisch suizidale Menschen mit einer Borderline-Persönlichkeitsstörung (BPS). Im Fokus stehen die Validierung der Erlebnisse und verbundenen Gedanken und Gefühle der Menschen mit BPS. Die therapeutische Beziehung sowie das Erlernen von verschiedenen Skills und Emotionsregulation sind zentrale Elemente der Therapie. Ziel der Dialektisch-Behavioralen Therapie – Posttraumatische Belastungsstörung (DBT-PTSD) ist es, die Vermeidung von traumaassoziierten Emotionen sowie das Erleben dieser belastenden Emotionen zu reduzieren und die traumatischen Erfahrungen als Teil des eigenen Lebens zu akzeptieren und integrieren. Traumaspezifische kognitive und expositionsbasiere Interventionen sowie die Vermittlung von Skills sind Bestandteile der verschiedenen Phasen und Module der DBT-PTSD, die in diesem Beitrag beschrieben werden.
