Zusammenfassung

Immunglobulin-G4-assoziierte Erkrankungen werden zunehmend bei Erkrankungen verschiedener Organe diagnostiziert. Es handelt sich um eine immunvermittelte Systemerkrankung, gekennzeichnet durch lymphoplasmazelluläre Gewebsinfiltrationen mit deutlich erhöhtem Anteil von IgG4-positiven Plasmazellen. In diesem Kapitel werden die pleuropulmonalen Manifestationen, ihre Diagnostik, Therapie und Prognose dargestellt.
