Zusammenfassung
Ein 2-jähriges Mädchen wird mit Notarztbegleitung nach generalisiertem Krampfanfall in die Klinik gebracht. Seit 4 Tagen bestehen wässrige Durchfälle. Aufgrund der zunehmenden Schlappheit hatte sich die Familie beim Kinderarzt vorgestellt. Dort fing das Kind an zu krampfen. Während des Transports kam es zu zwei weiteren Krampfereignissen. Auch der 5-jährige Bruder und der Vater leiden aktuell an Durchfall. Die Familie war erst vor 2 Tagen vom Ägyptenurlaub zurückgekehrt. Bei Aufnahme ist das Kind somnolent, weshalb die Aufnahme auf die Intensivstation erfolgt.
