Zusammenfassung
Frakturen des Radiuskopfes mit zwei Fragmenten, transverse Koronoidfrakturen sowie koronare Abscherfrakturen des distalen Humerus/Capitulum humeri ohne Trümmerzone eignen sich potentiell für eine arthroskopisch-gestützte Osteosynthese. Die Vorteile des arthroskopischen Vorgehens liegen in der geringeren Zugangsmorbidität, der exakteren Beurteilbarkeit der anatomischen Frakturreposition und der Erfassung bestehender Begleitverletzungen.
