Zusammenfassung
Da die chirurgische Behandlung der Fazialisparese oft in den Händend jener plastischen und rekonstruktiven Chirurgen liegt, die auch periphere Nervenverletzungen versorgen, haben wir dieses Kapitael mit aufgenommen. Sowohl die Primärversorgung als auch das breit gefächerte Spektrum sekundärer OP-Verfahren bis hin zum freien funktionellen Muskeltransfer sind enthalten. Auch die Behandlung von Verletzungen des N. accessorius als weiterer häufig betroffener Hirnnerv wird beschrieben.
