Zusammenfassung
Als Nachstar bezeichnet man das Auftreten einer posterioren Kapseltrübung nach einer Kataraktoperation. Prä- und intraoperativ kann das Auftreten von Nachstar durch verschiedene Faktoren beeinflusst werden. Die Behandlung der Wahl erfolgt durch eine posteriore Kapsulotomie mittels YAG-Laser.
