Zusammenfassung

Die Diagnose neurodegenerativer Systemerkrankungen erfolgt in Abhängigkeit vom klinischen Phänotyp und verschiedenen apparativen und labortechnischen Untersuchungen. Die Begutachtung berücksichtigt neben den motorischen Defiziten auch die nicht-motorischen Symptome.

Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen lassen sich die meisten Erkrankungen in ihrer Ausprägung nur lindern, in ihrem Verlauf jedoch nicht beeinflussen.
