Zusammenfassung

Anamnese und körperliche Untersuchung bilden den Anfang jeder ärztlichen Maßnahme. Gerade im Gebiet der Andrologie und Reproduktionsmedizin sind sie besonders wichtig für den Aufbau eines Vertrauensverhältnisses zwischen Arzt und Patient, ohne das der Arzt nicht die erforderliche Information über teilweise stark tabuisierte Gegebenheiten erhalten kann. Anamnese und gründliche körperliche Untersuchung liefern die Wegweiser zu gezielter weiterer Diagnostik und Therapie.
