Zusammenfassung

Die Stufendiagnostik bei Verdacht auf eine PAVK basiert auf der Anamnese und körperlichen Untersuchung sowie einfachen, nicht-invasiven apparativen Testverfahren wie der systolischen Knöchelarteriendruckmessung in Ruhe und ggf. nach Belastung. Im Einzelfall sind Oszillographie, Zehenarteriendruckmessung, oder tcPO2-Messung ergänzende Verfahren. In der weiteren Abklärung stellt die Duplexsonographie die zentrale, weichenstellende Untersuchungsmethode dar. Weiterführende Schnittbildverfahren wie die CTA, MRA oder DSA werden in der Regel vor operativen Eingriffen durchgeführt. Katheterinterventionen lassen sich meist auf der Basis des duplexsonographischen Befundes planen, so das eine diagnostische DSA in einer Sitzung mit der Intervention durchgeführt wird.
