Zusammenfassung
Das Kapitel beschreibt die wichtigsten orthopädietechnischen Methoden und Hilfsmittel für die untere Extremität bei neuromuskulären Krankheitsbildern und Fehlstellungen auf biomechanischer Grundlage. Beginnend mit dem unteren Sprunggelenk über das obere Sprunggelenk, Kniegelenk und Hüftgelenk werden die Funktionsebenen chronologisch besprochen und die Indikationen für die Hilfsmittel und deren Grenzen dargestellt.
