Zusammenfassung

Adenokarzinome in der Prostata können bei nicht klassischem Bild die differenzialdiagnostische Abgrenzung zu einer Metastase oder anderweitigem Primarius schwierig machen. Zudem kann der klinische Verlauf und die prognostischen Eigenschaften der morphologischen Adenokarzinom-Varianten vom typischen azinären Adenokarzinom abweichen.
