Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wurden die individuelle technischen Besonderheiten und schwierige intraoperative Situationen bei konventionellen und laparoskopischen Hemihepatektomie rechts, eine Hemihepatektomie links sowie State of Art der modernen Leberchirurgie ausführlich dargestellt und eingehend diskutiert. Schwierige intraoperativen Situationen ergeben sich besonders bei Patienten mit schwer eingeschränktem kardiopulmalen Befund, bei Tumoren mit enger Lagebeziehung (<5 mm) zu Lebervenen, V. cava oder zentralen Gallengängen, bei schwererer Parenchymschädigung infolge der Leberzirrhose, Steatose, höhergradigen Leberfibrose, schwerer chemotherapie-assozierte Parenchymschädigung, bei Zustand nach vorangegangener Leberoperation, bei Schwer eingeschränkter kardiopulmaler Befund sowie bei Patienten mit BMI >40. Die Autoren dieses Kapitel geben praktischer Beispiele für schwierige intraoperative Situationen und deren Lösung auf der Grundlage individueller Erfahrungen.
