Zusammenfassung
Tubulopathien sind Störungen einzelner oder mehrerer tubulärer Funktionen bei primär normaler glomerulärer Filtration. Meist handelt es sich um hereditäre Defekte, nur selten kommt es zu einer erworbenen Störung der Tubulusfunktion, z. B. durch die Zufuhr nephrotoxischer Substanzen. Die hereditären Formen werden weiter unterteilt in primäre und sekundäre Tubulopathien. Während bei primären Tubulopathien – bedingt durch einen spezifischen genetischen Defekt – meist nur ein isolierter Transportprozess gestört ist, treten die sekundären komplexen Tubulopathien oft im Rahmen angeborener Stoffwechselerkrankungen auf. Sie umfassen fast immer mehrere tubuläre Transportmechanismen und können auch mit Veränderungen am Glomerulus und anderen Organsystemen einhergehen.
