Zusammenfassung
Die orthostatische Dysregulation bzw. Intoleranz ist eine Funktionsstörung des autonomen vegetativen Nervensystems, die sich akut als neurokardiogene/vasovagale Synkope, chronisch als posturales orthostatisches Tachykardiesyndrom zeigt. Aufrichten oder längeres Stehen sind typische Auslöser einer inadäquaten Reflexantwort der Kreislaufregulation. Die Diagnose wird in der Regel durch eine strukturierte Anamnese gestellt. Die Aufklärung über die Gutartigkeit der Beschwerden, Beratung über Ernährung/Flüssigkeitszufuhr, sowie regelmäßiger Sport mit insbesondere auch statischer Belastung stehen im Zentrum der Patientenführung.
