Zusammenfassung
Das gemeinsame klinische Symptom aller Formen der Sklerodermie ist die krankhafte Anhäufung von Kollagen in den betroffenen Geweben und namensgebend vor allem in der Haut. Nach klinischen Gesichtspunkten werden im Wesentlichen 2 Formen unterschieden: die lokalisierten Sklerodermien und die systemischen Sklerodermien.
