Zusammenfassung

Der systemische Lupus erythemathodes (SLE) ist eine B-Zell-vermittelte, chronisch-entzündliche Autoimmunkrankheit, die gekennzeichnet ist durch Produktion von Autoantikörpern gegen Zellkernbestandteile und Ablagerung von Immunkomplexen, die eine Vaskulitis verursachen. Zahlreiche Organe können betroffen sein, z. B. Haut, Niere, Lunge und ZNS. Die frühe Manifestation eines SLE ist häufig mit einem schweren Verlauf assoziiert. Zu den hier besprochenen seltenen rheumatischen Erkrankungen gehören mixed connective tissue disease, Sjögren-Syndrom und eosinophile Fasziitis.
