Zusammenfassung

Bei den radiologischen-interventionellen Eingriffen am Thorax werden zwischen vaskulären und nichtvaskulären Untersuchungen unterschieden. Das folgende Kapitel befasst sich bei den nichtvaskulären Verfahren mit den bildgesteuerten transkutanen Biopsien von Lunge, Mediastinum und Thoraxwand sowie den Drainagenanlagen. Zu den vaskulären Verfahren zählen die Embolisationen von pulmonalen arteriovenösen Malformationen und von Bronchialarterien sowie die Sklerosierung und Embolisation von Lymphgefäßen. Besonderer Fokus liegt auf den Indikationen, Kontraindikationen sowie den Erfolgsraten der jeweiligen Eingriffe.
