Zusammenfassung

Die Lymphadenektomie ist regelhafter Bestandteil der kurativen Resektion des Lungenkarzinoms. Ein standardisiertes Vorgehen bei der Entnahme und Deklaration der Lymphknoten erlaubt eine allgemein verständliche und nachvollziehbare Stadieneinteilung der Lungenkarzinome postoperativ und die Entscheidung über weitere Therapieschritte bzw. die Nachsorge.
