Die Anamnese ist der Grundstein für die weitere Diagnostik und Therapieplanung. Es empfiehlt sich, die Anamnese entlang eines Schemas oder einer Liste zu erfragen, sodass eine Reproduzierbarkeit bezogen auf den Arzt und den Patienten gegeben ist.
