Zusammenfassung
Bei einem Problemlösetraining handelt es sich um eine therapeutische Technik zur Verbesserung der Selbsteffizienz des Patienten oder der Bezugspersonen im Umgang mit Problemen. Problemlösetrainings sind dann angezeigt, wenn regelmäßige Schwierigkeiten beispielsweise bei sozialen Anforderungssituationen oder bei sachlich-leistungsbezogenen Aufgaben auftreten. Es werden Problemlösefertigkeiten vermittelt, die bei Alltags- oder sozialen Problemen angewendet werden und möglichst wirksame Lösungen erzielen sollen.
