Zusammenfassung
Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen werden bereits seit über 100 Jahren genutzt, um Arbeitnehmer am Erfolg des Unternehmens zu beteiligen. Wissenschaftliche Ergebnisse belegen dabei positive Effekte auf die individuelle und Unternehmensperformance, die Mitarbeiterbindung und die Stabilität des Unternehmens. In deutschen Aktiengesellschaften liegt die Verbreitung von Programmen zur Mitarbeiterkapitalbeteiligung aktuell bei etwa 31 % und ist damit unterdurchschnittlich im internationalen Vergleich. Dabei wären diese nach Berechnungen der hkp/// group bei einer großen Mehrzahl der börsennotierten Unternehmen in Deutschland für die Mitarbeiter sehr profitabel.
