Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel dieses Beitrags ist die Vorstellung eines forschungsbasierten betrieblichen Weiterbildungstools für Führungskräfte (FK) in Veränderungsprozessen. Dieses auf zwei Tage ausgelegte Konzept soll die Zielgruppe insbesondere auf die spezifischen Anforderungen zur Erfüllung ihrer Rolle als „Change Agents“ unter Berücksichtigung von Aspekten von Wohlbefinden und Gesundheit vorbereiten. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Initialmaßnahme, die einen längerfristigen Prozess eines „Change“-fokussierten Führungskräftekonzepts einleiten soll. Dieses Kapitel stellt die inhaltliche Verbindung zwischen Sinnerleben, Wohlbefinden und Gesundheit in organisationalen Veränderungsprozessen dar, beschreibt das Weiterbildungskonzept und geht insbesondere auf die umfängliche Begleitevaluation ein. Diese ergab auf der Basis längsschnittlicher Daten, dass das Konzept in der Lage ist, positiv auf Wohlbefinden zu wirken und damit mittelbar auch Sinnerleben in Veränderungsprozessen positiv beeinflussen zu können.
