Zusammenfassung
Rhinologika werden lokal zur symptomatischen Linderung der behinderten Nasenatmung bei Nasenschleimhautentzündungen eingesetzt. Die weitaus größte Gruppe bilden die schleimhautabschwellenden Sympathomimetika mit mehr als 50% der Verordnungen. Otologika werden entweder zur lokalen Antibiotikatherapie bei Entzündungen des äußeren Ohrs eingesetzt oder als Lokalanästhetika zur symptomatischen Therapie des Ohrschmerzes.
