Zusammenfassung
Bei der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Fachpersonal im Bereich Notfall- und Rettungsmedizin spielen Simulation und Debriefing eine immer wichtigere Rolle. Fragt man hier nach der Prozessqualität, so fragt man u. a. auch nach der Wirksamkeit des Debriefings eines Trainers. Mit OSAD und DASH© stehen nun die ersten Instrumente zur Beurteilung von Debriefings im Gesundheitswesen zur Verfügung. Beide Tools lassen sich bestens ins institutionelle Qualitätsmanagement einbinden. Allerdings sollte die Implementierung wohlüberlegt und im Idealfall unter Beteiligung der Debriefer und Trainer erfolgen. Am Beispiel des Schweizer Instituts für Rettungsmedizin (SIRMED) werden in diesem Kapitel die Debriefing Instrumente OSAD und DASH© vorgestellt, Hinweise zur Einführung gegeben sowie Zusammenhänge zwischen der Debriefingbeurteilung und dem Qualitätsmanagement hergestellt.
