Zusammenfassung
Die PTCD (perkutane transhepatische Cholangiodrainage) kommt in erster Linie als Therapie des Verschlussikterus zum Einsatz, zumeist als Palliativtherapie bei maligner Grunderkrankung. Hierbei wird die Galleflüssigkeit perkutan über Drainagen abgeleitet, auch eine Stentimplantation als Dauerschienung ist möglich. Eine weitere Einsatzmöglichkeit ist die Therapie postoperativer Galleleckagen, dann oft in Kombination mit einer CT-gesteuerten Biliomdrainage. Zur Interventionsplanung sollte eine aktuelle Schnittbildgebung vorliegen. Die Komplikationsrate der PTCD-Anlage beträgt 5–10 %, u. a. durch Pneumothorax und Hämobilie.
