In diesem Kapitel werden die notwendigen Grundkenntnisse für eine erfolgreiche arthroskopische Operation am Sprunggelenk vermittelt. Neben unterschiedlichen Formen der Patientenlagerung und Gelenkdistraktion werden alle gängigen Arthroskopieportale detailliert beschrieben und der Ablauf eines standardisierten diagnostischen Rundgangs im Sprunggelenk dargelegt.
