Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel beschreiben die Autoren die konkrete Praxis der Gruppenpsychotherapie, die im klientenzentriert-experienziellen Gedankengut wurzelt und in hohem Maße durch die interpersonale Sicht von Irvin Yalom (2010) beeinflusst ist. Dabei gehen sie von der Grundregel aus, dass der klientenzentrierte Gruppentherapeut Interventionen durchgehend so stark wie möglich an die Gruppenmitglieder delegiert, wobei die Aufmerksamkeit abwechselnd auf die Gruppe als Ganzes, auf das Individuum in der Gruppe und auf die Interaktionen innerhalb der Gruppe gerichtet wird.
Dieses Kapitel ist eine ins Deutsche übersetzte, gekürzte und überarbeitete Version des Textes „Cliëntgerichtexperiëntiële groepspsychotherapie in interactioneel perspectief“ (Snijders u. Lietaer 2008). Die Übersetzung aus dem Niederländischen stammt von Elisabeth Zinschitz.
