Zusammenfassung

In der aktuellen S3 Leitlinie wurden für die Nachsorge des Prostatakarzinoms verschiedene Empfehlungen ausgesprochen (S3 Leitlinie Prostatakarzinom Version 5.1; Mai 2019).

Asymptomatische Patienten nach lokaler kurativ intendierter Therapie sollen dieser Empfehlung zufolge innerhalb von zwölf Wochen nach Ende der Therapie eine erste Nachsorgeuntersuchung erhalten.

In den ersten beiden Jahren nach Therapie soll bei asymptomatischen Patienten alle 3 Monate nachgesorgt werden ab dem dritten Jahr halbjährlich.
