Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über die aktuelle Literatur zur Gruppentherapie bei Angststörungen, wobei wir auf Panikstörung und Agoraphobie, auf die spezifische Phobie, die generalisierte Angststörung und die Zwangsstörung fokussieren. Nach der Vorstellung der Diagnosekriterien geben wir für jedes Störungsbild einen kurzen Literaturüberblick zur Gruppentherapie. Soweit sie vorliegen, stellen wir etablierte Gruppentherapiemanuale vor. Außerdem gehen wir auf Herausforderungen bei der Behandlung der jeweiligen Störung im Gruppenformat ein. Abschließend erörtern wir Versuche, mit diagnostisch unspezifischen Angstgruppen zu arbeiten, z. B. im Bereich der Psychoedukation, und diskutieren bisher unausgeschöpfte Potenziale der Gruppenpsychotherapie bei Angststörungen.
