Zusammenfassung

Patienten mit einer partiellen Belastungsharninkontinenz nach radikaler Prostatektomie oder transurethraler Resektion der Prostata weisen gelegentlich einen isolierten Defekt im Bereich des externen Sphinkters auf. Kleinere Defekte, die üblicherweise bei 12 Uhr auftreten, können mit einem Bulking-Agent , wie z. B. Deflux, unterspritzt werden, sodass in diesem Bereich wieder ein kompletter Ringschluss erfolgt. Patienten mit einer drittgradigen Inkontinenz benötigen meist einen artifiziellen Sphinkter.
