In diesem Kapitel wird auf das Thema der Angststörungen eingegangen und aus psychiatrischer Sicht und Sicht der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin betrachtet. Hierbei werden Bezüge zu den Zang-Organen hergestellt, wobei die Verbindung zwischen Herz und Niere eine besondere Bedeutung aufweist. Nach zahlreichen Punktkombinationsbeispielen schließt das Kapitel mit einer Fallvorstellung aus eigener Praxis.
