Eingriffe an der Schulter und am Oberarm können aus unterschiedlichen Indikationen notwendig werden. Die operativen Eingriffe zur Versorgung eines subakromialem Impingements, einer Rotatorenmanschettenläsion, Schulterluxation, von Verletzungen des Schultereckgelenks werden in diesem Kapitel ebenso vorgestellt wie die operativen Therapiemöglichkeiten bei Klavikula- und proximalen Humerus- sowie Humerusschaftfrakturen.
