Zusammenfassung
Die meisten Patienten, die sich einem bypasschirurgischen Eingriff unterziehen, leiden an einer fortschreitenden, stenosierenden Koronarsklerose und weiteren kardiovaskulären Begleiterkrankungen. Es existieren mehrere unterschiedliche Strategien der Myokardrevaskularisation, die abhängig von der Koronarmorphologie, Ventrikelfunktion oder schwerwiegende Nebendiagnosen erfolgreich angewandt werden können. Das anästhesiologische Vorgehen wird eingriffsspezifisch erörtert.
