Zusammenfassung
In diesem Artikel stellt die HPO Research & Consulting PartG erstmals empirische Ergebnisse einer internationalen Studie vor, bei der zwölf junge CSR-Unternehmen im Hinblick auf ihre Erfolgsfaktoren untersucht wurden. Die Wirksamkeit von nachhaltigen Aktivitäten auf den Ebenen Geschäftsmodell, Unternehmenskultur und überbetriebliches Engagement wird insbesondere anhand eines interessanten deutschen CSR-Unternehmens, der Mobilitätsberatung EcoLibro GmbH, betrachtet.
Unter Einbezug aktueller wissenschaftlicher Forschungsergebnisse wird die Bedeutsamkeit von affektivem Commitment, Markt- und Zukunftsorientierung sowie transformationaler Führung im CSR-Kontext in Augenschein genommen. Es wird gezeigt, dass – neben all den bekannten positiven Effekten von CSR nach außen – CSR auch unternehmensinterne Vorteile mit sich bringen kann. Auf Basis dessen werden konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abgeleitet, mit denen der Erfolgsfaktor CSR praktisch genutzt werden kann.
