Zusammenfassung
Hautmittel umfassen Hautschutz-, Hautpflege- und Hautreinigungsmittel. Diese sind die drei Komponenten des Konzeptes des integrativen Hautschutzes. Diesem Kapitel liegt die S1-Leitlinie „Berufliche Hautmittel: Hautschutz, Hautpflege und Hautreinigung“ zugrunde. Unter der Registernummer 013–056 befindet sich das angemeldete S2k-Leitlinienvorhaben „Berufliche Hautmittel: Hautschutz, Hautpflege und Hautreinigung zur Prävention von Handekzemen“ zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung dieses Kapitels noch in Bearbeitung. Hautmitteln kommt beim persönlichen Schutz im Berufsalltag große Bedeutung zu. Neben der generellen Eignung der Präparate für den jeweiligen Arbeitsbereich (Kompatibilität mit Arbeitsabläufen und Materialien) sind weitere Faktoren bei der Auswahl zu berücksichtigen. Bei den Beschäftigten stehen insbesondere die Akzeptanz der Produkte und deren unmittelbare Verfügbarkeit im Fokus.
