Zusammenfassung

Im folgenden Kapitel wird in kursorischer Form auf grundlegende Techniken für die Anlage von Hirngefäßanastomosen eingegangen. Es werden hierzu bebilderte Fallbeispiele für gängige Bypassverfahren gegeben, die bei der Behandlung komplexer Aneurysmen Anwendung finden. Hierbei wird auf die Unterschiede von Low-, Medium- und High-flow-Bypässen eingegangen, und es werden die unterschiedlichen Anastomosenvarianten sowie Techniken der Einzelknopf- und fortlaufenden Naht erläutert. Die Anschlüsse am Externa- und Internasystem sind ausführlich bebildert. Abschließend listen wir in komprimierter Form allgemeine Tipps für erfolgreiche Bypässe auf
