Zusammenfassung
Die Vorstellungen eines Menschen über die eigene Kompetenz, das Zutrauen in eigenes Handeln sowie das Erleben von Selbstwirksamkeit sind wesentliche Ziele für eine gelingende Therapie. Diese Faktoren bilden sich in der ICF in der Domäne »Persönliche Faktoren« ab und sind sowohl in der Therapieplanung und -durchführung, in der therapeutischen Haltung und in den Therapiezielen zu berücksichtigen. Wenn verbesserte Teilhabe das übergeordnete Ziel therapeutischer Bemühungen ist, dann muss die positive Beeinflussung des Selbstkonzeptes ein wesentliches Ziel aller Therapie sein.
