Zusammenfassung

Plazenta-induzierter Schwangerschaftserkrankungen (z.B. intrauterine Wachstumsretardierung, Präeklampsie und vorzeitige Plazentalösung) werden durch eine fehlerhafte Plazentation ausgelöst. Eine biochemische Möglichkeit zur Differentialdiagnose kann die Bestimmung des sFlt-1/PlGF-Quotienten darstellen. Durch eine fetale Wachstumsretardierung kann es zu Hypoxämie und intrauterinem Fruchttod kommen. Zur Diagnosestellung wird u.a. die Dopplersonografie verwendet.
