Zusammenfassung

Frühgeburten können unterschiedlichster Genese sein. Der Prävention von Frühgeburten kommt eine große Bedeutung in der Geburtshilfe zu. Zu diesem Zweck wurden verschiedene biochemische Testverfahren entwickelt. Zur Vorhersage einer Frühgeburt wird die Bestimmung verschiedener Proteine aus zervikovaginalem Sekret (fetales Fibronektin, phosphoryliertes Insulin-binding protein 1, placental alpha microglobulin-1) verwendet.
