Zusammenfassung
Mechanische Faktoren beeinflussen Epidermisstruktur (Hornschicht und Epidermisdicke, Reteleistenmuster), Struktur des Bindegewebes und lokale Blutflussregulation, Pigmentierung und Innervation. Neben Hyperpigmentierung und Blasen sind hier verschiedene Formen der Hyperkeratose sowie Dekubitus, atypische dekubitale Fibroplasie, typische Veränderungen bei Amputationsstümpfen und das subkutane Emphysem zu nennen. Physikalische Ursachen für Hautläsionen sind am häufigsten Wärme, Kälte oder auch elektrischer Strom bzw. Blitzschlag; chemisch bedingte Hautläsionen treten v. a. in Form von Komablasen, Vergiftungen durch Biogas oder auch chemische Kampfstoffe, Verätzungen durch Laugen/Säuren auf. Auch durch Wassereinwirkung auf die Haut sind spezifische Veränderungen möglich.
