Zusammenfassung
Vor dem Hintergrund eines Lösungsorientieren Coachingansatzes befasst sich dieses Kapitel mit sozialer Wahrnehmung und Urteilsbildung. Soziale Wahrnehmung unterliegt häufig typischen Verzerrungen wie selbstwertdienlichen Attributionsverzerrungen oder dem übermäßigen Schließen von sich auf Andere. Der gezielte Einsatz von Coachingmethoden kann helfen, die Wahrnehmung zu erweitern und die Aufmerksamkeit auf bisher wenig beachtete Aspekte zu lenken. Anschließende Entscheidungen basieren auf einer breiteren Informationsbasis, es eröffnen sich neue Denk- und Handlungsspielräume.
