Zusammenfassung

Organische psychische Störungen zeichnen sich durch ein heterogenes psychopathologisches Bild mit einer gleichermaßen heterogenen Ätiologie aus. In Abhängigkeit von der Ätiopathogenese werden organische psychische Störungen im engeren Sinne (d. h. solche Störungen, deren organisches Korrelat zerebral lokalisierbar ist) von symptomatischen psychischen Störungen (d. h. solchen Störungen, denen eine allgemeine medizinische Erkrankung zugrunde liegt) unterschieden. In diesem Beitrag werden die einzelnen Störungsbilder aus dem Bereich der organischen/symptomatischen Psychosyndrome anhand ihrer Symptompräsentation vorgestellt.
