Standardisierte Befunddiagnostik in der Psychiatrie

Zusammenfassung

Ziel der standardisierten psychiatrischen Befunderhebung ist es, psychopathologische Symptome objektivierbar und quantifizierbar zu machen. Als Methoden werden Fremd- oder Selbstbeurteilungsskalen zur Erfassung aktueller psychopathologischer Symptomatik bzw. habitueller Persönlichkeitszüge und systematische Verhaltensbeobachtungen eingesetzt. Standardisierte Untersuchungsverfahren müssen so weit wie möglich den testtheoretischen Gütekriterien entsprechen. Auch objektive Tests können zu den Verfahren der standardisierten psychiatrischen Befunderhebung gezählt werden. Sie gehen aber in ihrer methodischen Stringenz über das Niveau der sonstigen Verfahren der standardisierten psychiatrischen Befunderhebung hinaus.
